I don't recall seeing you write the word "Konsole" before. 12 WRT Konsole means 12pt, not 12px. 12pt could be 16px (when DPI is 96), 20px (when DPI is 120), 24px (when DPI is 144), or more px (when DPI is higher yet). Numbers in KDE font settings always mean pt, not px.
