Dear all, if you are about to help us with resolving bugs, please provide verbose information which will help us diagnose issue and reduce time on fixing bugs.
Asking people for be more specific and verbose when filling bug reports looks like it does not work. Let me explain on below response for bug 575. For my point of view I recieved information that nvidia304 driver does not install on kernel 3.12.x, such information gives me only a short brief that "something does not work". Now I need to ask again on that bug report like, "please attach make.log from dkms build".As you may have notice this extends time on diagnosing this bug report, and finally may have bad influence on RC release date. For me there are two ways: 1. Bugs without any proper bug report (no output from omv-bug-report attached, no other specifics logs) should not have set any importance and severity, and status UNCONFIRMED. 2. Educate, by providing information when filling bug report. Some bugzilla modifications, that omv-bug-report is mandatory etc. Sorry for this my behaviour, but please understand me, I'm daily parsing few times all bugs on issues.openmandriva.org, fixing some of them too, and i start to see that I'm becoming less and less motivated when I see such things. Believe me it is not so hard to attach few files or write few sentences too, which can really help your and mine free time. Cheers.
