[OM Cooker] ABF tests and python3

Hi all,

As many of you have likely noticed, ABF tests tended to fail last week 
for all cooker packages. This is not an ABF issue, but a result of 
switching to python3 as default python. The thing is that ABF tests use 
urpm-tools which are written in python2.

So if you want ABF tests to work correctly again, please adopt 
urpm-tools package in cooker for the new python situation.
