Is not only the cooker afected but 2014.0 to, (just a wild guess, all the jails 
are created on cooker? ) and I've yepped all last week about this on irc till 
bero patched urpm-tools, so as far I can see is fixed since friday. :-) but not 
against python3egg.
I guess to have urpm-tools in python3 the DEVELOPER has to port them to 
python3.... Do you know him? :-) Could you tell him?:-)

Ps:
And here we kiss goodbye bdist_rpm5....  and all the awesome tools around rpm 
that python2 offered ....
