may we have both kernel config files and the dmesg output with these
parameters on cmdline:
initcall_debug ignore_loglevel log_buf_len=1M
This should also help to trace any conflict on kernel-side.

For one, ModemManager should be concurrent - but that doesn't seem to
block graphical.target.
