Hi Nicco,
it's a quite interesting suggestion, but my only concern is the fact of
some kind of devices doesn't support very DPM
very well under Linux (i.e.: some Wireless Cards, some video cards
[specially some radeon chipset families], some newer platforms as
baytrail and so on).
I think we could suggest it to user on OM Welcome when we detect we're
running under a laptop platform and offer an easy
and quick way to install, for this we can check DSDT for a battery
device or query /sys/class/power_supply/AC*.
What do you guys think?
