Yes, I agree totally. And also another important skill is to be able to
attract people and discuss with them etc.

As I'm not a developer myself, if I come, I'll don't ask to be reimbursed
if I come as my presence is less useful as is.

Is there any chance to have a working wanboard or similar as a demo?

And is it possible to have a demo of nrjql running other OS?
