Weston is a minimal reference compositor. On upper menu there is only weston-terminal available. This panel can be extended with adding launchers to other apps like firefox and so on, actions like context menu on right mouse button does not exist, ad this is only reference compositor show in that all wayland components are working.
Speaking of papyros-shell there is a wrapper launcher called papyrus session or something like that. You should try it. Hawaii is still under development. plfiorini original author is on our board so he will help to get Hawaii in better shape.
