In my opinion, I'd not like a list of "what doesn't work" in announcement.
I'd write instead the known (and still not fixed) issues in one its
own paragraph at Errata in wiki.
Then, write the link into announcement. Something like:

My 2cents
maybe it is the best way
but my main intention was to remember it to developers ;)
Some of these errors should not be present even in an alpha release
