Hi. From a quick shot it sound very polished. The live under VM (with
just 2GB RAM) is pretty responsive for a typical KDE live (but runs on a
VM under our kernel-nrjQL with BFS, which is the ideal condition for a
VM), like on the other hand OMV, at least 2014.x. Applications are
pretty updated, kernel is 64bit 4.1.5 with CFQ, I haven't seen the BFS
integated.

The installer is pretty simple (I haven't seen where you can select the
packages at the install stage); apparently sound a slow (at a certain
point it stays an hour on the 23% then at a certain point is suddenly
completed). The fonts in the boot loader sound a bit ugly (sound they
are using the "fixed" family). The package manager is Octopi. The theme
of the desktop resemble the new style of these days (like FB, etc.),
just to give an idea is like the new style of the menu and preferences
firefox that changed in FFox 38.

Bye
Giuseppe.
