You can run own abf instance, just run it with docker.
ABF not connected to any hoster or provider

I'm getting constant build failures at the moment mostly it seems
due to lack of disk space:
flightgear-data:
1. Had to split the data file into 2 600mb pieces as abf-download
would not let me upload a file greater than 1GB.
having done that still seeing issues:
