Hi, you could have a look at: https://labs.consol.de/omd/backup_and_restore.html#platform-migration-and-os-upgrades%22 Not sure if this is true for the raw edition as well, but starting with OMD 2.40 you can just do cross-plattform backups/restores without manually fiddeling config files. OMD will run an "omd update" internally when restoring from a different release.
