Joe, can you give us more details? Is she hospitalized? Has she been discharged? What is her level of recovery? I can tell you that a man who lives in my neighborhood had a stroke several weeks ago, was in ICU in Las Vegas, returned home about a week ago, and a few days ago was outside his house with a walker. Lots of us have prayed for his recovery so we're pleased with his progress. One of the outcomes is that he no longer smokes. So there's hope for your friend as well.
