Greetings one-n-all,
I'm soliciting code review comments for

6864230 hiho, hiho, it'ch chtime for CH to go
http://bugs.opensolaris.org/view_bug.do?bug_id=6864230

The purpose of this changeset is to remove the long-since
obsoleted uses of $(CH) in the ON tree, along with OWNER
and GROUP. (The description field in the CR isn't up to
date on bugs.opensolaris.org, sorry). I will address the
varying uses of FILEMODE and DIRMODE in a followup.

The webrev is found at
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~jmcp/6864230/webrev.open/

The benefit to the community from having this changeset
integrated is chiefly that we really can build correctly
as non-root accounts since $SRC/pkgdefs is the appropriate
and correct place to set file/directory ownership and permissions.

Please send me your comments by 12pm US/Pacific time on 30 July 2009.

Thankyou in advance and best regards,
James C. McPherson
