If I remember well, there was some "relationship" for it in ON gate community - the starting list was based on amount of contribution to ON gate in previous year, but it is some time ago. But yes, technically it is not about "commit privilege", because e.g. Jurgen Keil must go through sponsor-request. Best regards, Milan
