Description
While experimenting with a minimized installation of snv_134 (based on the
procedure described in
http://blogs.sun.com/edp/entry/moving_from_nevada_and_live),
I noticed that both installadm -F zfs and bootadm update-archive didn't work
initially: both need the zfs resp. hsfs bootblk which lives in
system/library/processor and system/library/platform, but SUNWcs lacks those
dependencies.
I suspect x86 has similar issues, but haven't tried.

Steps to Reproduce
Run /a/usr/sbin/installadm -Z zfs on a system that has only SUNWcs, SUNWcsd
and
the required driver packages installed: in my case this was
system/kernel/platform
driver/network/eri
system/kernel
system/kernel/power
The same issue exists with the new BE mounted at /a and bootadm update-archive
-R /a which needs the hsfs bootblk.
Expected Result
Both commands work.
Actual Result
Both commands complain about missing bootblk's.
