When you login into the ecomp portal are you using this url? http://portal.api.simpledemo.openecomp.org:8989/ECOMPPORTAL/login.htm The ecomp portal pass an encrypted cookie with the user name of the user that was logged in into it. The cookie is decrypted on the sdc side and if the user exists in sdc you are able to login. The cookie decryption is connected to the hosts used.
