All,

I would like to be considered for project technical lead on the ONAP
Documentation project. I am serving essentially the same role for the ECOMP
User Guide, which is AT&T's internal version of "Using ONAP" and served as its
initial seed content.

My background

  * Managed projects large and small for thirty five years. Familiar with
Agile technology, scrum teams, etc.
  * Career experience includes managing software development teams (including
requirements, milestones, testing, etc.), implementing content management
systems, defining enterprise and solution architecture, and assessing new
technology (hardware and/or software)
  * Ability to understand perspective of both developers and users of software
  * Ability to work across teams with differing objectives

Goals / Priorities for DOC project
Our core objective: Documentation that is timely, accurate, comprehensive, and
intuitive
Our keys to success include:

- Developing

- Using

  * Collaborating with other committers / project leads, especially those
approving new code
  * Testing / validating documentation for accuracy and usability
  * Establishing guidelines / best practices based on user feedback, ONAP
community blogs/wiki's, other Open Source communities, etc.
