All, I would like to be considered for project technical lead on the ONAP Documentation project. I am serving essentially the same role for the ECOMP User Guide, which is AT&T's internal version of "Using ONAP" and served as its initial seed content.
My background * Managed projects large and small for thirty five years. Familiar with Agile technology, scrum teams, etc. * Career experience includes managing software development teams (including requirements, milestones, testing, etc.), implementing content management systems, defining enterprise and solution architecture, and assessing new technology (hardware and/or software) * Ability to understand perspective of both developers and users of software * Ability to work across teams with differing objectives Goals / Priorities for DOC project Our core objective: Documentation that is timely, accurate, comprehensive, and intuitive Our keys to success include: * Understanding the needs for all audiences of ONAP - Architecting - Installing - Developing - Using * Collaborating with other committers / project leads, especially those approving new code * Testing / validating documentation for accuracy and usability * Establishing guidelines / best practices based on user feedback, ONAP community blogs/wiki's, other Open Source communities, etc.
