Hi, We assigned a ticket to a non-committer (i.e. someone contributing code), they were able to comment on the ticket and subsequently submitted fixes. But they weren’t able to change the JIRA resolution. Is that ability only for people who are committers for the project? Or the person that opens the ticket?
