Hi Steven and Herb,
I saw the below code-review comment from Herb. Does it mean that I should merge
the content of seed doc from Open-O into Chapter4 in the repo? I had thought in
Sprint 1 its fine and leave the merge job to be done in the future.

There is no part g and h on the agreed upon content of this document. This
project, in sprint 1, agreed upon the structure and content of the requirements
document. If you want to change that structure you should propose a change to
the project and not simply add new sections to the document
