Ok the following SDC SDK versions are available in the staging repo: sdc distribution client:
Version 1.1.32 Sdc-tosca Version: 1.1.32 They are in the staging repo and you can use them to compile your code locally. I am not sure what type of validation the operant is doing so I cannot say if it will allow you to create releases. I opened ONAP Helpdesk #47711 to move this artifacts to the release repo.
