Arun, Yes sounds like a good idea - especially since your KubeCon conference is in a week (before the ONAP one on the 11th) - should be doable - we will have multiple systems that we switch the screen-sharing to The goals are to verify the 1.1.0-release branch on OOM and HEAT via the vFW and spawn off JIRAs and/or fix them as we go - using any system that is the furthest. /michael

Looking forward to collaborative & productive sessions. I would like to propose beginning these sessions with debugging our setup. We have reached Step 6 of vFW deployment and currently working on a Certificate Validation Failure issue with netconf mount step. Please see the attached email for details of the issue. Please do let me know. With Best Regards, Arun Arora -----Original Appointment----- From: Michael O'Brien [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 23 November 2017 20:52 To: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Subject: [onap-discuss] Daily ONAP MEETING: R1 vFW daily blitz collaboration/fixing/testing of R1 branch via OOM and HEAT deployments When: Occurs every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday effective 27-11-2017 until 09-12-2017 from 12:00 to 13:00 Eastern Standard Time. Where: https://zoom.us/j/7939937123 Moving from 1400EDT to 1200EDT - every day 5 days until Kubecon and for 5 more days until ONAP F2F to help out the timezones past GMT - and for key members who would like to join starting Monday. Team, This meeting is focused on OOM and HEAT deployments - for R1 - we will run them for 2 weeks - 4 days a week - welcome everyone at onap https://zoom.us/j/7939937123<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__zoom.us_j_7939937123&d=DwMGaQ&c=uilaK90D4TOVoH58JNXRgQ&r=fJSaCk5Dtn2KbIeqRCU_Kzr_L_vL-XtXjh29c6PfRGQ&m=2dmOZXRMyJ6c4VBbA66RZuYb4AKhha8nz68h5FCbLMw&s=6jm_GeHCcCg5p91T0pXC5JCPUhM7d780AerdSDb3uf0&e=> I will bring several public instances of OOM ONAP available via public key, for heat we will be using OPEN-LAB. There are several very good initiatives to get a reproducible run of the vFirewall going - I have seen good progress all the way to just before the final VNF-preload/VF-Module create (when the 3 VMs would come up) - step 5 of 6. Some of these sessions are prep for the 4 Dec KubeCon conference and others for the 11 Dec ONAP F2F I participate in 3 separate parallel sessions - Our hope is to get everyone together with the shared focus of testing and documenting the vFirewall for both R1 deployments. Several key ONAP developers like Marco, Brian, Gaurav/Ramesh/Ramki/Arun's VIO team and Helen's AAI team have provided essential config information - this week that we would like to validate. Our pending questions are the vFW heat changes, the new heatbridge visibility, the mount points. We really liked and appreciated the model setup by Helen in her 3 weeks of integration daily testing to stabilize the branch to where it is today - I would like to replicate that in the final step of revalidating, documenting, recording the process - while at the same time helping KubeCon and ourselves for the upcoming F2F where several of us will be using the vFirewall in our presentations. This meeting is a free form testing/raising-jira/collaboration meeting at 2 every day that brings together anyone interested in getting the vFirewall demo going in the lead up testing the R1 branch using the vFirewall focused on OOM and HEAT as a reference. Everyone is welcome to join, drop in at any time, drop off at any time (it may run 60-120 min) - bring your own environment if possible - we will pass the screen share among anyone who has procedures/ideas/fixes to add - so the entire community can get up to speed on our basic sanity vFirewall case. We will try to make it like a hands-on lab All/any up to date information/workarounds are excellent - bring them - we will put all pending-validation details as comments on the page - and move them to the body as they are validated - feel free to add anything to the page. There is a page below that we will record all verified/validated steps on running ONAP up until the 2 conferences - after which it will revert to ReadTheDocs.io - and this page will be archived deeper in the wiki to record the comment section https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Vetted+vFirewall+Demo+-+Full+draft+how-to+for+F2F+and+ReadTheDocs<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__wiki.onap.org_display_DW_Vetted-2BvFirewall-2BDemo-2B-2D-2BFull-2Bdraft-2Bhow-2Dto-2Bfor-2BF2F-2Band-2BReadTheDocs&d=DwMGaQ&c=uilaK90D4TOVoH58JNXRgQ&r=fJSaCk5Dtn2KbIeqRCU_Kzr_L_vL-XtXjh29c6PfRGQ&m=2dmOZXRMyJ6c4VBbA66RZuYb4AKhha8nz68h5FCbLMw&s=Rcs3JnHwRPJ__bhyP3z7tgxglFcR8MC-xMxy-7bYVFI&e=> thank you /michael This message and the information contained herein is proprietary and confidential and subject to the Amdocs policy statement, you may review at https://www.amdocs.com/about/email-disclaimer<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.amdocs.com_about_email-2Ddisclaimer&d=DwMGaQ&c=uilaK90D4TOVoH58JNXRgQ&r=fJSaCk5Dtn2KbIeqRCU_Kzr_L_vL-XtXjh29c6PfRGQ&m=2dmOZXRMyJ6c4VBbA66RZuYb4AKhha8nz68h5FCbLMw&s=M5nLtfrpo-LNbjjCzt1e4L0P7hk_6fXaOMPaW6fbqmg&e=> This message and the information contained herein is proprietary and confidential and subject to the Amdocs policy statement, you may review at https://www.amdocs.com/about/email-disclaimer <https://www.amdocs.com/about/email-disclaimer>
