CCSDK team,

I have closed the Doodle poll. The winning time was Fridays from 11:00 AM –
12:00 noon EST.

I have requested the LF to move that meeting for me. When I get confirmation,
I’ll pass it along. Meanwhile, we will NOT meet tonight at 9:00 PM EST, but
rather will (hopefully!) meet this Friday at 11 AM.

Thanks!
Dan

Subject: [ccsdk] Proposal : change time of weekly CCSDK project team meeting

CCSDK team,

Our weekly meeting time (Tuesdays @ 9 PM EST) was originally selected by Doodle
poll last year. As the project has evolved, most attendees on that call have
been located in the US, where that is not a very convenient time.

I would like to propose that we move our call instead to a more convenient time
for regular attendees.

I created a new Doodle poll to vote on a time :
https://doodle.com/poll/yvrkkpnw5c997mam . Note – that poll is just for next
week’s call (I couldn’t see a way to create a Doodle for a recurring time),
but the intent is for this to be the new established meeting time.

I tried to find a time that didn’t not conflict with other ONAP meetings –
which is pretty rare – so there are not many choices (Friday mornings at 11:00
or 11:30 EST were the 2 I suggested).

Please vote for the time that works best for you by next Monday COB.

Thanks!
Dan
