Me too … this is now the second week in a row I have been unable to scrub Jira 
before my weekly SDNC project team call.

I also created a ticket.

I have the same issue.
when trying to use JIRA during VNFRQTS calls (Tuesdays 8AM EST) JIRA is 
basically unusable - it times out when trying to open JIRA tickets.
This has been consistently happening for several weeks.
