Hi Randa, With the "Submitted" state corresponding to submitting a commit to Gerrit for review, should the JIRA workflow use a "post transition function" to reassign the JIRA case to a different user, e.g. the JIRA Project lead/component lead (i.e. PTL) or designated reviewer?
