I have noticed the same thing. Karaf does not seem very stable when 
uninstalling features.

What I have found works is to stop and then restart karaf after the feature is 
uninstalled. From within the docker container, you want to run 
"/opt/opendaylight/bin/stop". Then once the docker container stops, you will 
need to do a "docker start" for the container.

The resource bundle message is not related to this. It is related to some 
logging constants not being loaded. This is being looked in to.
