I can change this to check for both and if not found will accept cloudRegionId alone.
I made the change for cloudOwner and cloudRegionId in Beijing and can easily fix this issue (seems the change was before it's time). Expect a patch later today. In case of any vCPE service instantiation in SO, in bpmn flow in CreateVcpeResCustService - preProcessRequest is present check if VID has sent, in parameter lcpCloudRegionId both cloudOwner and cloudRegionId separated using "_" .
