Hi Chandra, If there is no response within 100 seconds, then you have a broken environment, so no amount of increase would be enough to make it respond.
When a system is functioning as normal, it should respond in much less than 1 second. Suggest to investigate whether all the services are up and running, including Cassandra, AAF, AAI-Resources, AAI-Traversal, AAI-Graphadmin (assuming at least Casablanca release), AAI-SchemaService (assuming Dublin release) and AAI haproxy.
