Thanks Keong for your response. While retrieving objects in the bulk lets say complexes/ pnfs we are getting this issue. For individual objects its working fine. I have checked the services and they seems to be up and running. Do we have any performance metrics by which we have derived 100secs timeout. I mean no. of objects/Data retrieved in Mb/hierarchy levels/VM required.

When a system is functioning as normal, it should respond in much less than 1 second.
