I tried again and was successful! Turns out I was on the dublin branch, which caused the docker image for CDT to fail. It was not a real authentication issue. I used the image "onap/ccsdk-odlsli-alpine-image:0.4.4" instead of "onap/ccsdk-odlsli-image:0.4.4" like they do here: https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Setting+up+APPC+build+environment The docker build took a long time (over 30 minutes) and the API doc explorer needs a couple of minutes to come up (and will return "401 Unauthorized" until then). Once up, the netconf-keystore:add-keystore-entry RPC call was successful. I have not tried the other RPCs yet.
