We found that the DMaaP events on those relationships cause slowdowns in older versions of A&AI – have you tried it with Frankfurt (v19)?
Thanks, jimmy From: Adam Capparelli <[email protected]> Date: Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 9:33 AM To: "FORSYTH, JAMES" <[email protected]>, "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [onap-discuss] #aai #dublin AAI Queries slow down due to large relationship lists Hi Jimmy, While reducing the depth does help, as long as the relationship list keeps increasing, this slowdown will continue (albeit at a reduced pace). Do you know if there are any numbers as to the expected performance of ONAP during VNF instantiation with a large number of instances (several thousand) attached to a single service model? Since this problem occurs in the Dublin release, I am wondering if there have been any relevant performance improvements in subsequent releases. Alternatively, if the relationship list is not needed, is there a way to exclude it completely from the response?
