I found the problem, it is because the configuration from cbs that the sub
field of pm-mapper-filter is "filter"
but the class MeasFilterConfig which define the field is "filters", I dont know
which one is correct?

For frankfurt release you need to use the frankfurt blueprint for pm-mapper.
