+1 to adding the repository. 0 to adding a committer to a project, since it is not the TSC’s responsibility (or privilege) to elect committers, except in rare cases where there are none and the TSC is helping to bootstrap a moribund project. Committer elections should be held by the PTL and existing committers (if any) in the project. In this case, since there is a single committer, I will support the PTL’s decision.
