[Winona Online Democracy]
I have been told that IBM in Rochester gives their old computers to the
Olmstead County United Way which acts as a clearing house for the
distribution to non profits. They do not give to the same organization two
years in a row so the initial request should be for the number of units
needed even though that quantity my seem large. More are desk top units
but some are portables. I'm told the contact person is John Schurhammer
