The candidates for the School Board positions of
District 3, District 4 and District 5 will be present at the televised forum,
Tuesday evening, City Hall, City Council Chambers, 7 PM. If you
cannot attend, you can have your questions phoned to 457-8280. The
question will be taken and submitted to those who sort the
questions. Questions are sorted primarily to assist the moderator
and also to assure that a broader range of topics be covered. This forum
is coordinated by the League of Women Voters and co-sponsored with The Winona
Area PTA, AAUW - Winona Chapter, and Women's Resource Center.
You are all invited to attend and/or
participate. Some of the recent postings related to spending for
education would be good to share with the broader "public" and to get
feedback from the candidates.
