[Winona Online Democracy] Steve & Scott I fully agree and support the need for the School Board and community to be proactive to make sure that not only does District 861 get it fair share of state educational dollars but that all Minnesota Public School are funded "as necessary" to provide a quality education to all kids. My question deals with the possibility that the receipt and thirst for more revenue is not often matched with prudent spending resulting a repeat of what we just went through.
