[Winona Online Democracy] Hello Karen and Others, Karen, you made some wonderful points and asked some important questions. How can we turn this interest into concrete improvements? Here a few suggestions: 1. Keep these conversations going....I know I'm learning a lot from Duane Peterson, Kathy Seifert, Paul Double, Paul Olberding, Clarisa Templeton, Glen Schumann, Bob Sebo, Joliene Olson, Dean Lanz, Ed Thompson, Hans Madland, and the many others who have contributed to the discussions. 2. I hope other media might pick up on these conversations and points...Winona Daily News, Winona Post, HBC, etc. 3. Plan some local forums around the issue. I know the Winona Greens would like to help with this but it would probably be best if there was either a non partisan group or a wider set of diverse groups helping out with it. What do others think? Dwayne ========== >From: "Karen J.
