[Winona Online Democracy]

Hello Glen,

Good points.

I have one question though.

Did the ballots that went out before the election have the holes listed?
I've heard both yes and no.

Does anyone else know?

(In some ways, I don't want to become lost in the minutia and soap operas
of one county's questionable ballot. I hope we don't take our eyes off of
the prize and forget about the larger issues of the Electoral College, free
and open exchanges of diverse ideas, and the best form of government needed
to ensure the best form of democracy......)

Dwayne
