[Winona Online Democracy] I am a little concerned that people want to be one sided on the train expansion through Winona. The expansion into our community will have many side affects. And perhaps if the expansion is done hastely, most could be negative. However, any attempt at flatly blocking such action serves no one. I do believe that Our community has an interest in making our port(s) stays active. Still, saftey, is never something to give up. I do think that if a train is to do as much business as people are saying then that company has the sole responsibility to take our concerns seriously.
