Ruth, you sure started something here! Age old debate as to the relative
value of management vs non-management. No question that there needs to be
CEO's, compensated for the risks taken by bold decisions. Perhaps a better
question might be whether there needs to be assistants to assistants to
assistants - all considered managment - a situation that many suspect is the
case with some school district administrations (not necessary Winona).
