[Winona Online Democracy]

We all wish that we could live in a perfect world where people didn't
victimize other people. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, the human
element comes in to play and when we live in a world that is plagued with a
tendency towards violence to settle perceived disputes we all lose. Thanks
