[Winona Online Democracy]
I must have worded that wrong, I didnt mean to say an immens amount of bad
people in Winona, but in the world in general (sorry about that). I think
that the crime reduction rate in winona is awesome! I was jsut saying that
its too bad that we even have to deal with crime in general, but we cant
snap our fingers and make that happen. But its great that Winona is such a
nice town compared to toher cities (or parts of cities).
