[Winona Online Democracy] Correct me if i'm wrong here, but wasn't one of the reasons for building a new middle school due to the failing infrastructure of the old builiding? Including, if memory serves, a need at one point to shut up an auditorium due to falling celling tiles? A community theature is an excellent idea, i'm just a little leary about using that builiding for it.
