[Winona Online Democracy]
Great points Phil, I however have a small problem with them. Why should
one need to start a community group to combat what should be common
courtesy? I hesitate to start such a group because I am already
stretched thin as it is. I also do not believe such a group would have
any effect because many drivers simply say that it is "everyone else"
who is causing the problems on our roads. Put simply, many are in denial
about their own bad driving habits.
Note: If anyone would be interested in doing this, I implore you to
ignore my pessimistic words and go for it!

How often do you say to yourself, "I didn't do it; so of course it
didn't get done?"
