across Hwy 61 controlled by stop lights. If the lights are 50-50% (I think
61 might have longer greens, but never mind) then travel across 61 is
blocked for 12 hours each day (Vs 2 1/2 hours a day for J.G.'s 56 trains) If
the 2 1/2 hours of train delays cost $1.2 million a year, then delays of
five times as much will cost.......darn, my calculator went dead. But I just
know that it has to amount to some serious cash!
