 * Work with established Cisco process & templates
 * Act as liaison with acquired company and internal Cisco Customer Service
 * QA data
 * Create tracking mechanism
 * Track & provide status
Requirements:
 * Self-Starter
 * Owner, accountable
 * Detail oriented
 * Strong communication skills
 * Ability to work with virtual teams (acquired company is not onsite,
 Customer Service is not onsite)
 * Ability to resolve issues
