Utilizes logical model to ensure efficient and reliable database performance. 6. Provides technical assistance and mentoring to others for developing conceptual, logical and physical databases. 7. Adheres to administrative policies and procedures, priorities and methodologies. 8. Must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. 9. Job duties may occur outside of normal business hours. 10. Familiar with other DBMS systems, including ORACLE and DB2. 11. Familiar with storage management concepts and forecasting. 12.Must have excellent understanding of MS SQL Server 2008 R2, including complete DBMS management EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 1. Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred. 2.
