Lauderdale, FL Duration: long term contract Interview Process: Skype to Hire INDUSTRY: WHOLESALE *Job Description:* • The ideal candidate will have worked with Analysis Services (Tabular New Version only released in SQL Server 2012) and SharePoint 2010 or 2013 for BI in configuring a site for Power View. • This project will be upgrading their existing cube with the new flavor of Analysis Services and Power View for dashboards. • Experience setting up Windows Azure IaaS machines and adding them to an existing on premise domain via site to site VPN. • Experience configuring two Azure IaaS machines; one for Analysis Services Tabular and one SharePoint 2013 Enterprise Edition. • Experience in creating an SSAS Tabular cube from scratch to match the functionality of an editing very basic SSAS Multidimensional cube. • Experience in creating a site collection for Power View. The Team needs to focus on asking candidates if they have created an Analysis Services Tabular model before and ask them if they have experience in writing DAX.
