Seeking a candidate to assist in setup, as well as maintainance and enhancement of client’s Tealeaf product suite Qualifications * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills * Strong understanding of rich internet applications and system architecture * Strong hands-on engineering, troubleshooting, communication and project management skills. * Networking knowledge to support setup and configuration of HTTP/HTTPS traffic capture Responsibilities * Administer Tealeaf customer behavior analysis software * Identify and resolve customer issues within the Barclays websites * Design and develop events, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights * Train analysts on Tealeaf functionality and data interpretation * Work with developers and business units to ensure capture of meaningful data for reporting/analysis Preferred * Experience with Web analytics tools such as Adobe Insight, Site Catalyst, etc. * Database and BI related experience a plus.
