Role: Tivoli Admin Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: 12+ month Interview process: Phone Hire/Skype · Must Have Skills: Experience in implementing following modules is essential -Federated Security, SAML, SSO, ESSO · Strong knowledge of WS-Policy, WS-Security, WS-Trust, WS-Secure Conversation, is required, knowledge of WS-Federation is an added advantage. · Hands on experience implementing application security using SAML, XACML, SPML, etc.. Strong technical proficiency and experience with SAML profiles, SAML security tokens, SSL, X.509 certificates etc. · Strong and working knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, OWASP, FISMA and FICAM. · Working knowledge of WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Portal Server, WebSphere Process Server security capabilities such as Administrative security, SSL administration, Trust Association Interceptor, JAAC and JAAS implementation would be an added advantage. · Strong knowledge and experience with HIPAA · Strong J2EE design and development skills would be a major advantage, preferably in developing J2EE applications using Security Frameworks · Knowledge of network security including firewall, IPS policies, server security on windows and AIX platform will be added advantage. · Knowledge of TIM/TAM · Knowledge of CMS MMIS certification requirements Desired Skills: · Knowledge of the requirements of CMS and Medicaid Information Technology Architect (MITA) principles. · Technical proficiency in the technologies defined by the State Chief Information Officer (CIO) and published in the California Enterprise Architecture Program (CEAP).
